What am I letting myself in for?

Our village and two neighbouring ones are putting on a production of Joseph in June and I've volunteered for the ladies chorus and make-up.

Today was a choral practice and I can't decide if I'm alto or soprano, I thought I was soprano but not sure I can hit all the high notes in a small cast :-) So at the moment ate doing a bit of both! I've also forgotten how to read music but hopefully a 'musical ear' will see me through.

The children were practising before us and, as all children's singing is, were a joy to listen too. I had forgotten how fidgety children can be though and realise that 'make up' is going to be a challenge!

We wanted to move to a village with a community and ours certainly has that!
