Supermarket horror

Today I just felt dizzy, I don’t know why.... so I had a day in bed, I got up at 4 pm and went for a short walk to pick up some groceries. I was supposed to be going to the studio to work on some songs with somebody but I just felt seasick so cancelled, hopefully I’ll feel up to it tomorrow.
