I’ve come up here to stay with friends, and in particular an old friend from Minnesota who is experiencing a rapid return of a cancer that hasn’t responded well to treatment. She’s such a hero and we’ve been having incredible talks. She’s elected not to continue with any more treatment.

Life does throw up some challenging tasks for us to cope with.
