We took 4 full banana boxes and a charity bag to the Oxfam shop in Keswick, then drove round to park by the Museum. Into their cafe for coffee and what I consider to be the best chocolate brownie in the Lakes .Then through the park to see what was happening on the other side with the flood prevention/alleviation works. Lots of barriers, portacabins, a jcb and an information board but nothing that inspired me for a blip.

As we were returning to the car the sun shone on the slopes of Skiddaw. Decided to go mono.
