Delivering 4 half day basic life saving first aid courses today and tomorrow to this weird and wonderful organisation in Lytham St. Anne's.
Two lovely bunches today - but out of 20 people only one was prepared to leave their seat and actually give cpr a go, odd as they all knew people who've by been lost to heart attacks, but hopefully they now know how to get help and what to try.

Working in the the least favourite place at least means I got to spend some quality time with my Aunt, and we had an exceptionally good Indian meal. Our waiter turned out to also be a Community First Responder so we had a good laugh with him.
