Friends at the firepit in Chagrin River Park

On an overcast evening, Bob and I decided to take a walk in Chagrin River Park. It was such a dreary day, I wasn't sure I wanted to go out, but once we got out on the trail I was glad I had said "Yes," when Bob invited me to join him.

For me, one of the highlights of trailwalking, is all the dogs and dogwalkers we encounter. On this evening, when we stopped briefly to say hello to the regulars who were warming up at the firepit, I captured a picture of Barney and another of Barney and Rocco saying hello. Little Rocco is about 15 years old, but you definitely couldn't tell by the enthusiasm with which he greeted Barney. That's what I love about dogs!
