Yellow Crocus Flower
I spent an hour in the garden this morning, pottering about and pruning hacking back some things that should have been done before winter and some things that should really wait a little longer. However, the rose bushes are already getting their new leaves open and have been fooled by the mild weather. Apparently it is going to be very windy and very frosty at the weekend.
I then caught up with some indoor jobs, before catching up with my temperature blanket during the afternoon.
Today’s picture is of one of the yellow crocus flowers that opened in the sunshine.
The temperature at GMT noon was seven degrees Celsius. After a heavy frost there was some lovely sunshine.
