Time to get lighter pans. Three times I have broken a dish because I lost my grip (I have Pfaltzgraff) I have been working with enameled cast iron cookware.I am not saying I am giving them away, because some times it has an ability to cook better. For instance, I would never do away with my Dutch ovens.I love them and use them often.
