A New View And New Graffiti

Wide Wednesday is to shoot a picture of something NEW ( New Graffiti -You will have to see the extra in order to see the graffiti -  and a New View)       I chose this shot because for the first time ever the gates were open so I could get in a take a picture of the train bridge without sneaking in (crawling under the fence) for a picture.     As you can tell it was pouring rain and was really hard to keep the rain off the lens.    SO, you get rain drops!!!   The tide was in and you might be able to tell that the water line is really high.
