Spent the day with Lauralea

What with meetings away and trying to catch up once I got home, it has been too long since Lauralea and I have taken a day off and spent some time together.

So today with a clear calendar we headed out for the day. We went up to the city and drove to the West Edmonton Mall. Once the largest mall in the world.

We ate Vietnamese food for lunch, bought three types of Mackays preserves, cause it’s amazing, and some beads for the earrings she makes. Then we stopped in at the optometrist shop and ordered her some new glasses (because it’s time).

Got home and had a nap then scrambled some eggs on toast for supper.

It was a great day together.
