Mini apple crumble.

Yumyum.

Eating it from the ramekin that it has just been cooked in requires a bit of patience for it to cool down, however!

Despite 3 1/2 years of having moved away from home for uni and cooking for one, this is the first time I have tried this.

Admittedly, I made 2...can't have apple crumble without having some to reheat the next day ;)

Picture, I realise, is a weird combination of this and that....but heyho! Probably a composition I will try again at some point :)

Hoping for lots of snow tonight...!
