Lunar Lanterns - The Rat

I think this was my favourite of the lunar lanterns that are dotted around circular quay for Chinese New Year.  This one was designed by Claudia Chan Shaw.  The middle and top row rats rotate and spin.

This is what the website says about the lantern and the artist:

"In Chinese culture, the Rat is a symbol of wealth and surplus and gold is a prestigious colour, signifying luck and prosperity. It also reflects 2020 as the year of the Metal Rat. Reminiscent of 1950s sci-fi robots, each animatronic rat has a wind-up key in its back and the Chinese symbol for good luck spinning on its chest. Depicting them as wind-up toys suggests their busy, inquisitive, industrious nature.
About the artist
Claudia Chan Shaw is an artist, author and designer for fashion label Vivian Chan Shaw. Her diverse career encompasses photography, curating, broadcasting and lecturing. She was co-host of the ABC’s popular TV program Collectors."

Note to Sydney siders - it's worth a visit.  Particularly when you get free parking at the overseas terminal and there are not many people around.  It's on until Sundayl
I have put some others up in the extras and I am sure you will work out what they are.  Crikey it's nearly midnight and I better hop to it as it is a busy day tomorrow.  Oh and before I go, it''s raining!!!
