Arctic Circle

Today we crossed the Arctic Circle.  Apparently unless all those that cross the circle for the first time go through the Blue Nose ceremony we will not get to see the Northern Lights. (I recall something similar when I crossed the equator for the first time – MANY years ago . . . ).
 
The blip is of the Arctic Circle Globe on the island of Vikingen as we sailed past.  We were due to stop by it, but a gale was blowing so we just had to pass slowly.
