On my way to my family doctor

My physiotherapist had a look at my hand as well last Monday because it's still bothering me (I sprained my wrist last September). He looked at my hands and had the joyful announcement that I could possibly be rheumatic.... So I paid a visit to my gp today. She doesn't agree and doesn't see reason for further tests. So who am I to believe now?
