On guard!

I looked out of the window this morning and spotted 2 collared doves on the TV aerials next door. At that moment they were both in exactly the same pose, looking exactly the same way. I rushed to get my camera and telephoto lens, expecting nevertheless that they'd have flown away by the time I got back to the window. Happily they were still there although no longer in identical poses. However I thought it was still worth taking the photo as it looked as if they'd stationed themselves in such a way as to look out 360 degrees between them. We do occasionally get sparrowhawks diving into the garden to grab either woodpigeons or collared doves for breakfast or lunch so maybe the pigeons had heard that one was on the warpath!
