Playing with light and colours

A quick snapshot at work this morning.  The children were fascinated with the light table and a box of transparent Magna Tiles. 

After walking and swimming, I received news from my doctor.  He said I've got - in addition to the lumbarisation in my back - a rather advanced osteoarthritis in my left hip.  The X-rays from yesterday were compared to the ones taken in 2016 and he says it has gotten much worse since then. 
So....now it's more pain treatment, exercise, loosing weight and trying to keep a positive outlook. I must admit I'm feeling rather miserable and down tonight after reading more about this disease.
