Conference

I was on campus for a conference to celebrate teaching and learning in the STEM faculty. Some fascination stuff and it's always energising to hang out with the really cool folk. Here's one of the coolest - Carol is Professor of Engineering Education and she talked about some work in engineering which might have application in wider STEM education.

I slid out early to give a colleague a lift to the station but I was banjaxed by the M2 being closed at the top of Bluebell Hill; the whole area was gridlocked and a trip that should take 30 minutes took just shy of two hours. I'm home now and the Pinot Grigio pixies had made sure that I had a bottle in the fridge so it's all good.
