Some Proper Snow

It's such a hard task to choose a picture for today.

Here on the coast there's only a small amount of snow (as yet), so we headed up into the glens to find some proper snow. We ended up just north of Kirriemuir in a gorgeous snow encrusted woodland.

Later we ended up at the the beach at St Cyrus. We didn't find any 70 year old lard, but vast piles of drift wood and a blasting cold wind straight off the north sea.
