The monochrome beauty of a Sottish winter

The weather tried hard today to snow, but by afternoon, we gave up waiting to be snowed in and took off to go window shopping for furniture.

When we win the lottery we might go further afield for it than Dunfermline.

Anyway, the trip was not all in vain. We caught up with an old friend and ex Scout leader of the lads. We put the world to rights and enjoyed his tales as only he knows how. He really is "One of the lads" and quite good value to boot.
