A restful pastime

Very icy and cold this morning. The lanes are not too bad as far as careful driving is concerned.

T fed the cattle with no problems. N fetched the Sunday papers and I cooked lunch - roast lamb. Was able to finish the book I was reading and start another. The tapestry is growing slowly. No walks today. How long will this snow and ice last, I am beginning to feel the need for fresh air and exercise!

T has seen several foxes near our farmyard.
