La Place ...

.. is normally a place to be in Rotterdam East. Large numbers of people then, enjoying the sun, populate the terrace on the spacious upper deck of the parking garage. It is hidden behind the immense staircase leading to the building of the catering facility.

Although the sun was shining today, a cold wind blew from the west. So that only attracted die-hards, who from time to time - dressed up, that again - braved the cold wind but could still enjoy the sun ...;)
