“Street Art” according to The Boss....Yes he did arrange it to the amusement of the folk sitting there,  
The Extra “Front and Centre” was another bit of street art???
 Its been a great day with an “outing” with a Wanaka Immigrant which involved the Agatha Christie movie “Knives Out”  and a large ice cream.
