Ghost town

We awoke to see the city looking like a perfect winter wonderland. I've still not been feeling great but we decided to go the Boat Show at ExCeL. It's a great show as it includes four shows so for £10 you get the Boat Show, Bike Show, Outdoor Show and the Active Travel Show. It was a nice afternoon spent mooching deciding which boat we would never buy. We took the DLR through docklands and it all looked so beautiful blanketed in snow. We got out at Moorgate and took a detour home so we could walk in the snow. The city is always quiet on a Sunday but it was absolutely empty today and so peaceful. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We watched 'Argo' this evening which I would recommend seeing.
