Not the blip I planned

Sitting here seething, sad and worried, all at the same time, after my external hard drive had a flip-out and lost all my photos from today! Of course this happened after I had deleted them from the camera... Not the absolute end of the world with today's photos perhaps but I dread to think it will happen again. Time to buy a new hard drive - any tips??

So, instead of my nice sea gulls-in-a-row shot you are getting another iPhone contribution which I luckily also took on my wander in the snow earlier.
