We cycled to Aachen after work. With a beautiful blue sky and a temperature up to ten degrees, it was a perfect day for it and Bert needed something for the bike he is building. 

We made a detour around the city centre, to not be tempted to stop by Starbucks. Drinking coffee takes time and I wanted to be home early. 
It succeeded easily because the centre is a pedestrian area whereas cyclists we often have to cycle very slowly and are not allowed to cycle on some parts. Whereas the route around the centre is also for cars and buses.
