Almond trees are blossoming all around Costa Blanca.

We went to see those too when we went to cheer Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana racers to inland Alicante province. Or  la Vuelta a la Comunidad Valenciana in Spanish. Notice the difference?

What a nice afternoon we had. I also managed to get a water bottle from this race too. I got one from Vuelta de España too. I told my husband that he can not go see any of these, as I'm always the one who gets the much desired souvenirs. This time I got Jumbo Visma team's bottle. Last one was from Team Ineos.

The Almond trees are the reason this coast is called Costa Blanca. Apparently the sailors saw the flowers from the see and started to call it that (because of the sea of white in the area). It was the British who started to use the name in marketing.

That's pretty much my day. Some work with the epoxy, but not much. The drying period makes it slow to work with.

Husband had a check up with the doctor. They changed the bandages and checked the wound. Everything was perfect (no swelling, no infection, no leakage). He'll have another check up tomorrow. I'm really happy how well they do the after care here. In Finland you go home and if something should happen, you go queue to the emergency and that usually takes about 6 hours until anything happens.
