Snowflakes

A heavy frost last night and any snowdrops in Cambo Estate that were continually in the shade kept their covering of tiny water droplets for most of the day.

Despite the cold we have enjoyed sunshine and a cloudless blue sky. After enjoying a freshly made scone and a cuppa we wandered round the woodland areas in Cambo Estate. Thousands of snowdrops but some of the rarer varieties are yet to flower ..... we will return.
