Electronic Babysitter

He doesn't get much time on his tablet, mostly because he loves doing other things so much.  Today after school he seemed exhausted, but after making some duplo dinosaurs he was determined to bike to play rangers in the park.  He ran around with the rangers and other kids for about 45 minutes, and by the time we got home from that he looked like he was falling asleep!  He watched YouTube videos while I made his dinner, then insisted on a quick bath and an early night.

That's him on Half Term holiday now - which means he's completed exactly half of his first year at school.  In some ways it's passed really fast, in others (mostly related to keeping school uniform clean) it seems a lifetime since his first day...
