A touch of Frost

Woke up to the garden looking a bit white, I thought it had snowed but it was a hard frost. When I drove down the road the pavement down the whole left hand side was white. We had a great aqua session then I went to see Henna the osteopath. She is really pleased that my leg is so much stronger thanks to all the exercise and her treatment.
