Hypnobirth #1

First hypnobirth session this afternoon. This is the demo baby, a little demonic looking I just say! Enjoyed the session, 4 sets of pregnant ladies with their supporting people.

Learnt a lot, had a few giggles, cake and a coffee. Nice way to spend an afternoon.
