Dave enforcing the Saturday morning lay in policy. I don't swim at the weekends so we enjoy a more leisurely start to the day.

Given the weather forecast tomorrow we did the shopping today. I picked up my new glasses too :)

This afternoon I visited my friend and her daughter who had the accident yesterday. She's fine but feeling stiff and achy.
