The years pass
When I passed by this piece of street art on the Marine Parade graffiti wall earlier this week, it was 2020. Now it's 2021. I like that annotation.
We took a fairly lengthy walk around the parades today, stopping for coffee and a scone/cake in Milk before passing the graffiti wall and then fetching up at Leith Market, where we picked up a few supplies. Home via the local small supermarket to source some beer, prior to watching a couple of rugby matches this afternoon.
The wind is howling around the flat. I wouldn't have liked to have played rugby in that at Murrayfield this afternoon. A plan to go out to a local lights installation was knocked on the head by the heavy rain, on top of the wind. So we stayed in, and I finished The Dutch House by Ann Patchett.
