For Remembering

At our ladies’ Bible study a couple of weeks ago, we had two new ladies on our table. After our study was over one of them began asking me about my name and said it was unusual. I gave her my usual spill about how I was named after my dad and told her how my parents came up with the spelling. As part of my story, I also included how I was never able to find my name on a pencil in a store or anything with my name on it. One of the regular ladies on our table heard me say that and when I got to church last Thursday she gave me a pen with my name on it! It was super sweet and thoughtful, and I wanted to document it here. I didn’t take the photo of the side with my name on it because I enjoy the vagueness of blip, but I didn’t want to forget the kindness, so it had to be blipped!
