Saturday: Scotch Eggs

These are K’s world famous scotch eggs.  I always thought I didn’t like them but then I’d only ever had the garage variety that you could almost knock someone out with.  These are amazing with an almost tempura like quality.

We were pretty weary after our late night but that didn’t stop us having Mia and Sharon over for the afternoon, and into the evening.  We had promised them a ‘Gentleman Jack’ viewing.  They are good fun to hang out with.
