Yarra Night

Tonight after work I went on a photo tour along the Yarra river and learned so so much. It was a groupon deal so it was fairly inexpensive too! I'm so glad I went. Anyways, the tour took us down the Yarra River from near Flinders Station to Crown Casino, where the torches go off every night at 9pm. I hadn't actually seen them before so that was cool to see too! This photo is actually from after the tour ended and I stayed back to take a couple of night shots as it got darker. Love the result! I do need to buy a tripod though as I was at the mercy of any flat surface I could find so I didn't get to set up the shot as I would have liked and I'm sure the tripod would be steadier than the bridge, with cars going by. Today's post was a difficult choice but I went with this one because its something a bit different than what I normally post :)
