A day for staying indoors, whilst storm Ciara blows through. The recent naming of storms makes them seem much worse somehow.

Received phone flood alerts and warnings for the Irwell, the flood basins are being brought into action in Salford. Properties flooded to the north in Bury.

During a sunny interlude early afternoon I had a bit of photography practice. I am having another go at an online camera course, which I have failed to get through each year. Life just takes over.
