Over the jumps

Kevin has always enjoyed watching horse racing, for his birthday last year Martin & Cat bought him a trip to a racecourse so today we went to Uttoxeter to watch the racing. The weather forecast was good for today and sure enough although it got colder as the day went on, most of the day was blue skies and not too cold.
I finished (only just) up on the day but Kevin wasn’t so lucky. A night away at a lovely pub/hotel where the food was excellent made it a lovely weekend away.
