Roadkill

This isn't really roadkill. Our friend who passed on the recipe gave it this name. It's really roast lamb in redcurrant sauce - and absolutely delicious. We cooked this meal for our Sunday lunch today with Bella. Prior to this we played two games of Catan, and afterwards a third. Mr hazelh won two games, and I won one.

After Bella left to head home, Mr hazelh and I watched the last two episodes of The stranger. I was pleased to have guessed part of the ending. Our next series is the dramatisation of Elena Ferrante's My brilliant friend. We're now two episodes in, and I am enjoying this too.
