Not in the Plan

We were up good and early in the hope the forecast weather wasn't quite as bad as suggested yesterday, so we could join Graham Colling's planned blipmeet at Weston Park. We set off for what would have been a couple of hours drive to get there but within a few miles, it was clear from both the road conditions and the radio reports that it wasn't a good idea to go further. We called Graham to let him know and headed back home. 

We then spent much of the day sorting things in the house following some building work this week whilst the wind and rain buffeted the house and garden. 

This evening Rosie joined us and we had a meal with my (Chris') parents, sister and family.
