With storm Ciara looming it was a day indoors - after church at which Ewan Aitken preached and referenced the Independent Review of Care.

So the attic - room 2 - was tackled and more items identified for recycling or charity.

Just before dinner and Dr Who I noted that I had notched up over 100 flights of stairs according to my Fitbit. It’s not my highest daily tally but the most for a good few months. Allowed myself a small refreshment!
