Rain rain rain

Everywhere but here. Today we drove out to Chifley Dam which stores water for our city plus irrigation along the river. This depicts the water level. Not much and no extra from the dismal rainfall. The coast and mountains seemed to get it all and now have evacuations in place. There are major disruptions and they still have blackouts including our nephew who lives on the 8th floor.

The good news is we had a perfect day to enjoy riding and travelling around with our Sister and brother in law. They were coming to visit on Wednesday but with all the torrential rain on the coast they came early - yesterday. We see a lot of them so they’re easy guests. Graham cooked tonight. Instead of having to explain the Fast 800 approach to eating I have been following since June, Graham said they had the book and were intending to start after their visit.
