At the shore today

In spite of the cold weather there is always activity down at the shore. I'm very lucky living here, as I only have to walk a 100m and I'm at the shore. In season I can see all the different yachts or boats going in or out of the Caledonian Canal. I have Red Kites flying over, the Buzzards circling and all the different wading birds such as this rather smart Curlew. I see it has been ringed as well, so somebody is keeping an eye on them in the count. I have also got the garden birds that come to Table Restaurant. All in all a great place to be!
