It’s a long way to....

....Connemara.

This is the result of my efforts at today’s watercolour painting class. The tutor’s painting had a much lighter road and much paler ‘bens’ (mountains) in the background.

I’m happier with this painting than the one I made last week as the sky is not ‘cauliflowered’ this time!

I like having this class on a Monday morning as it gets me up and out; the other people in the class are really nice, too.

Now it’s time to mark GCSE maths papers (practice only!) in preparation for the class tonight.
