Lots of good smells to sniff!

Last year when we were at our favourite restaurant, the Relais de Salines on the Ile d'Oleron, we got into conversation with another diner. He turned out to be the head of tourism of the Charente Maritime, and the subject under discussion was the standard of English translation on French menus!
Because of that, we were invited back today for Mr F to have a look at the new menu, and provide a translation as they are reopening tomorrow.
Elvis and I had a walk around the salt marshes, and met back at the restaurant for a coffee just in time for Mr F to be finished, and a promise of a special meal next time we book.
