Goodbye Sally.

It was Sally’s funeral today.I had decided not to go down and the flights were cancelled in the end as well. So I sat and lit a candle and placed my Ashridge cup and my mini daffs and sat quietly at 1pm and thought about the good times I had with Sally and my friend Terri. Terri went along so told me about it later and it sounds like it was the perfect service if there is such a thing for something so sad .
The sun managed to peep through the heavy snow clouds this morning and we had showers on and off all day.It’s 0 degrees now and we have rain instead of snow so we will see what we wake up to.Hoping I do not have to cancel Brownies as we have some fun activities involving hammers planned ;)
