After taking all her pills Ros' chest pains have started to subside but their side effect as the Doctor warned has taken over and she now feels nauseous. There was no cooked breakfast today as the power was off so we just had cereals with yoghurt bread and jam. Which was actually better as we served ourselves far more quickly. Ros not feeling well had little to eat and went back to bed. An hour or so later she felt OKish so we caught the bus to Queens Beach where we had coffee and a leisurely walk on the promenade before continuing by bus to Houts Bay. Houts Bay was disappointing as it was a dirty old place a working harbour with lots of fish and chip shops and crowds of Sunday trippers. We did not stay long and caught the bus to the seaside town Camps Bay which we had passed through earlier in the day. This was a far more pleasant place spoilt only by the very strong wind that had kicked up during the night and increased in strength during the day. We had afternoon tea and stayed for our evening meal before catching the bus back to town. I'm glad to report that Ros improved during the day and managed to eat a bit of tea. The bus stop home was directly opposite the restaurant and the next bus arrived within minutes and whisked us away to the the Adderley Terminus where we hailed an Uber for the short distance home.
