Scudding clouds and squidgy mud

Amazes me how much variation on landscape, light and sky I see from day to day as I drive down 'the lane' to and from work. The road surface is thick with sludge currently where farm vehicles have been up and down, and my car has changed colour entirely in the past few weeks! As you would expect in this stormy weather, there was plenty of cloud to blip today.

On Sunday a big old tree came down just along from here, near our gateway (colleague's photo in extras). I will be glad when this unpredictable weather has cleared through. Hope you're all safe and warm and not adversely affected by it.
