Helmet View.

Perched on a BIG bike this was catching the light as The Boss and ME went out for a short stagger this morning BUT then we met our good friend “R” and 2 coffee stops + a trip into town for The Bossess later, we hit 23,500 staggers and 16 Km and it was definitely ice cream for dessert. AND some Choc (dark) as well.
(Strictly for medicinal purposes..OK?) Another lovely day but he is moaning that his calves are killing him. 
I guess thats a bit of a Cow...Eh?
