High tide and sunrise

A lovely morning still on the chilly side but it's dry.
Taken this morning just as the sun started to rise and throw a glorious golden glow on the buildings and the River Usk.
So much nicer going out to take a photo on a morning like this everything looks so much clearer and brighter.
