Flower Sunday

Last night my daughter had a friend over to sleep as a favour for her mum, and when she came to collect her she brought over a bottle of wine and these lovely roses! What a delight! My house is full of blooms at the moment and it’s wonderful.

Tomorrow I have a big day - I’m presenting at an event about mindfulness and so I have been practicing my speech!! Wish me luck!!!
